Graduation 2012

The feeling of getting back to 1year ago event, the exact venue, costume, environment.
It certainly made me miss it very much. though my role exchanged  360degree, missing the essence of being a student.

I conveyed my sincerest wishes and happiness to my dear lab students aka current batch of NYP graduands Class of 2012.

emotions scattered - May 2012

my efforts have come to naught, that made me wonder if my actions are appreciated.
you never know when something's throw at you real hard but what you can do is to accept and
try to churn out something.

It was heartbreaking to see this coming. Devouring one of my character, i accepted it in defeat. it was yours' truly actions.

All in one, I apologized what ever happened and hoping we are back as like before..


Ps: one of my long time malaysian friend visited us and we gathered together for a heartfelt dinner.
It felt nostalgia.
my students ignited  more conversations and the lab seems more lively maybe due to the french boy(AHHHH)'s presence
iand that its approaching the last week of their presentations which makes me more sad. i will miss them asking me for help and me helping them for help, laughing at the com screen and yet everyone followed due to her contagious laugh and so forth...
I hope it will be a better ,less emotional week for me :(

Yes, my title says it all what I have been pre-occupied with during last week with the exception of work which filled my weekday. Should attend work with a positive mindset to learn.

Yesterday was Stay-Home-Sunday where I specially made a trip down to IMM shopping Mall with mummy to purchase a HP Adapter. I have to admit that the adapter really serves me well and I'm kinda happy with it for the past 3 years. Old Go,new come right. Bye my 3years adapter. :) Bought it At NewStead Technologies, $100 plus.

  

& despite my lazy self, took the effort to transfer pictures to upload here. yknow Im not really a People Person so the only way to communicate my feelings would be pictures. :S:S

The Saturday Date with my gf was an imprompt one but we each had reason to valid the cause of heading out but in the end, nothing was achieved. haha We still enjoyed our Date at Just Acia, Dhoby Ghaut Station. Reasonable yet large portion Serving. WOOGHOOO

Last Friday my friend, Jessica won that special lunch trip with Yes93.3 DJs, proudly sponsered Farmpride(sorry if it was spelt wrongly) Got tospend my friday lunch date with 丁志勇 Cruz Teng and Nico Chua 蔡偉彬 Such friendly personality they have, they are fun-going and friendly Djs!

was invited by Irvin Mum to his brother birthday held at Amara Sanctuary Villa. Was so impressed with the place and just lovin' the tranquility feel and romantic ambience it gives.

Soaking my feet is refreshing huh!

Friday's Event: 28th April

Gonna do a quick post of whats happening recently since I'm gonna catch Star Awards later. Yknow I'm quite a TV person and never fail to watch Star Awards every year. My fav would be seeing the dressings of the actors/actresses!

Friday was rather tiring as i got home rather late the day before. It was the offical opening of PSIRC by NYP co-partnering with NCSS and IDA. Got to see familiar faces and was ushering for some segment. It was another great experience, my first was dedicated to IDA for NIC,NICA event. (Y)(Y)

Wenyang's bday celebrate at Home Team Academy Chalet. Something like that, its near CDANS.

I loved the chalet, got some kampong feel and a touch of cosy feeling.

BBQ-ed everything, bK fetching me and shanen back to get our clothes to ton,at the last minute. played wii at the wee hours. It was fun and now i can feel my arms aching. It was a good exercise!

Have been rather busy and exhausted with work and other stuff (helping irvin on his photography's) That boy have started a little on his passion and I'm trying to help out by posing but i cant do that for shit. But i did tried to be a photographer and 1 out of !983948324 photos are nice -.- We tried changing roles and seems like he can be a model for underwear shoots man.. 

Totally cant be a model and I'm FAT now! (Proof:pic below)

We went to Lower Seletar after IKEA for his adventure shoot and some places turned out to be rather beautiful huh

LOL we swept the whole shelf off at FEP, okay kidding but the feeling of shopping is doped! 

As you know, i just removed my braces after 3 long years and the feeling of attachment is terrible and still missing it terribly. Thankful for my Dentist Dr Ivan who helped me create a set of beautiful teeth :) he touched my head like a small girl after i gave him a Thank You card as a appreciation.
Made me wanna cry :( I will be back there. I always loved visiting dentist!

Retainers are more uncomfortable than braces and very troublesome...

Ah Gong's Bday + Last Day Of Braces

 Last Friday was Ah Gong 84/85 years old's birthday and we went Ban Heng Pavillion Restaurant to celebrate his birthday.It's a buffet kind of restaurant meaning we can order like 10 dish of fish/5 plates of vegs. Worth it right? It's located at lvl 5 near the bus bay area at Habor Front.
 Since ah gong is getting older, i feel its very much needed that we should celebrate his birthday and make him happy. I will do that for papa's one next year,probably!

When it's cake cutting time, ah gong was looking forward to it :) As we all sang birthday song to him, the delightful smile on him appeared, it's make me feel very heart-warming too. Everyone yum-seng super loud, i swore our voices covered the whole restaurant!  EPIC COUSINS I HAVE SERIOUSLY

Ah gong was anxious to open his presents and you know what he got from cousins? Mangoes, bananas, pomelos LOL!! Practical yet cheap and he got another present which is ba kua but what a waste he cant eat it because he got no teeth. Nevertheless, i really appreciated how close my dad's side was and we don't mind how people think about us as long as everyone is happy this is the kind of family i've always wanted.

yknow work is draining me, and the weather is making me crazy. Have been quite unhappy and many things bottled in me but I'm not the kind of person who will confess my things out to people. Now that i went to work, sometimes really no mood to speak to anyone, it's not that I'm very ignorant or DAO but just too tired to speak to anyone. I'm sorry if anyone is offended by me. Knew that these days got easily angered by people around me. It's something uncontrollable, what i really need now is just peace and being alone. I need to take care of my health more often now. today's bad and good day which makes it neutralized..

Bad = My HDD crashed on me at the last min when its knock off time. Isit because of that plugin that cause my HDD to have system error or other reason. But on a happier note, i think i managed to solve that tiny part of work I'm assigned to, BEFORE IT CRASHED. THANK GOD

Happy = beams around in joy when my effort to take med takes effect(if you know what I'm referring to)

Tmr's brace day! Cant wait to remove my brace after 3 years of it. I will miss you braces!!

NYP DnD @ Sentosa Rsorts Ballroom

Happy Birthday to NYP! Attended my very first DnD at Sentosa Ballroom, the same place where MediaCorp had their Star Awards few years back! Yes, we are breathing the same air as them at that point of time. It was a happy friday and we are released specially early on that day to glam up for that event. WOOHOO borrowed my outfit from dearest, thanks to her and i specially visited her after work as im really too tired to go shopping and we chatted till 12. Totally shagged but its all worth it! :)

So the agenda on that day was arrival of Education Minister, Talk given by P about NYP's milestones and achievements, awards given out for industries, DINNER, Sing Birthday Song, dance

It was a torturous wait for dinner but food was okay but service at there was not very satisfied.

Overall, it was a a whole lot of experience and eye-opener for me as i attended this special event to celebrate NYP's 20 years of growth!

 Jab1 after that and it was a night of chilling and singing.

with the years goes by, my memory seems to get weaker. few seconds back, i wanted to steal some pictures from Facebook but forgotten what to grab, so i logged out and few seconds, went back in but cant seem to recall what i needed.You see?

There's alot bdays baby in march, Happy Birthday to Shuling, Jeffrey, Sister, Jeanice!

and my navy flats offically left me, it braved too much rain till there's a hole emerging from the bottom. :(
on happier thought, new flats for me. Changed my CBOX to FORMSPRING as there's alot spammers around. anything can ask me straight from there.. :)
There's too many activities going on that i feel like catching my breath, give me a week and that will be sufficient. the meaning of life always reflect on me what needs to be done next, what needs to be changed. Some is beyond my reach. Its just near me but yet so far to achieve.

this week is a 4day work week, happy weekdays to you guys :)

USS - Jeanice 21st Birthday

It was Jeanice's 21st birthday at USS! Its a trip im looking forward to it because i have never been there before.very sua ku right i know, therefore telling myself have to try all the rides else it will be a waste of money. anyways, the ticket per entry is discounted to $55 thanks to Joycelyn's relative. Initially the price would be $7o plus, IDK. 

early breakfast and off we went to Sentosa! Opening hours of Resort World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore is 10am-7pm unless stated. The place feels very enchanted and kind of in fantasy land when i entered. They have different kinds of attractions like, Transformer the ride(3D kind feels like real), Accelerator, BattleStar, Revenge of the Mummy, Treasure Hunt, Canopy, Madagascar Ride(more for younger children), Human and Cylone Rollarcoaster is a Must to play. Feels like your heart will drop anytime.  I think the person who created this whole USS thingy, You did a great job in making USS wonderful! hHAHA

We had dinner at Kim Gary again at Vivo City because they never fail to make us salivate glorious food. The service was really Thumbs up! Overall, FUN.

Happy Birthday Jeanice! you are a year older and i hope we can celebrate this every year with you!! :) Loveyou

Food Gurus + EarthQuake

Hello! So after many months of separation, finally met up with H and M. H&M ? Lmao

It was a short dinner meet up after the girls ended their work while the guy got out from NS life. Nevertheless,  there's endless chats and bimbo-tic behaviors from M and H getting more serious/emo about his life.

was dragging two of them to hunt for my sister's watch. How i hope she can be as thrifty as me but its impossible.. as you know, NS made guys' savior glorious good so off we went to hunt for it.

Finally settled down at Near Takashimaya, Indonesia Restaurant Pepe's. Food was quite expensive, so-so

loved the heavenly pineapple rice and Sambal Kang Kong only. Next was desserts. Desserts must always be served for us! Its a MUST MUST portion of a dinner.

Back to Reality! Realised this month gonna burnt a big hole in my pocket :( this month is seasons of birthdays 

Sometimes its hard to save counted the fact that the high expenses living in Singapore. Everything here is very expensive compared to other countries.

Food + Transport already made up 20% of my salary

what about miscellaneous stuffs like outings, groceries, gifts? Factor in everything already 50% or more.

This month maybe i  just show how pathetic I'm 

1) Food + Transport = 300-400 or more

2) Allowance to parents = $XXX

3) Sister Fossil Watch which took me awhile to search. I kinda like it $70 (shared bet mom and i)

4) Friends Bday + outings = Predicted $150

5) Savings 

6) to pamper myself like foodies with irvin,lens, etc  I think i spent a lot on foods than other thing else-.-

all these already amounted to about 700+.

we need more to survive. If the economy were to increase, Its fair to also increase our salary or introduce more benefits to us. Right, no?
